These photos from the centre tree of Agia Galini in southern Crete show the birds that come for the nectar the tree has to offer. At a certain time of the day, hundreds of birds come out of nowhere and all mass towards the tree singing their Greek songs at the top of their cherpy voices. It is an amazing sight that the local Greeks still stop to admire.
